Tibbr, you missed the big one for 2013, which should have been right in line with what TIBCO does: Companies will use Big Data and social analytics to create a social deployment model that both drives adoption and provides financial ROI. “Social Strategy” doesn’t provide tangible results without a metrics and KPI driven approach, as Nucleus has measured in multiple case studies and customer profiles.
